2022 Robot Automation
Our forth Universal robot was purchased with the intention of moving from work center to work center for loading and unloading parts and do deburring task as well.
2022 Robot Automation
Our third Universal Robot equipped with ActiNav was added in March 2022. ActiNav is an autonomous bin picking system allowing us to run lights out for longer production runs more efficiently. See our robot in action

2020 Robot Automation
In January 2020 North East Precision CNC put in it's first automated machine loading system. The Enduro-Loader Pro paired with the Universal Robot allows us to load 5 axis parts day and night and increase capacity. The automation system is the first in our Industry 4.0 mindset.

2020 Shipping and Parts Cleaning
In early 2020 we will be adding a custom Ramco parts washing unit and remodeling our shipping area. The machine comes equipped with an ultrasonic tank and an air knife drying unit. The machine also has the ability to wash with deionized water so we can substitute it in for the customers that require it.
2019 Clean Energy
In the fall of 2019 North East Precision finished construction of its nearly 350 panel solar array. The system provides enough clean energy to power the entire facility and more. The system is one of many steps NEP is taking to reduce its carbon footprint.
2019 High Speed Inspection
In early 2019 North East Precision added a Sylvac F60T and new inspection station to its arsenal of inspection tools. The Sylvac F60T offers high speed inspection for even the most complicated of turned parts, measuring some in just seconds. The machine brings the ability to inspect more parts more accurately to our lathe department.
2018 ISO 9001:2015 Certified!
For over 30 years North East Precision CNC has been providing the highest quality machining services across many industries on a wide variety of materials. Our mission has always been to not only meet our customer’s expectations, but to exceed them. It is in that spirit that I am truly excited to announce that NEP CNC has achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
2017 Shop Expansion!
We are pleased to announce that since 2016 we have gone from 5000 square feet to a total of 10,000 square feet. This expansion has allowed us to add many more machines and also allowed us to stream line our operation to be much more efficient with more machines on the way.
2017 New to our QC Department - Smart Scope
The OGP Smart Scope Flash 302 is a versatile bench-top multi-sensor system measurement machine. It combines optical, laser and tactile sensors to measure parts completely and efficiently. High-speed video allows measurement of edges and multi-sensor technology to measure complex surface profiles. This added quality control tool allows us to be more efficient, provide detailed quality control reports and provide competitive pricing.
2016 Shop Expansion
We are also pleased to announce a 1,800 sq foot expansion of North East Precision CNC. The expansion currently in progress will provide additional room for a new five-axis machine due to hit the shop floor in August. More details to come soon our our newest machine.
2016 DMU 50 Ecoline Milling Center
The newest addition to North East Precision provides powerful technology with five sided machining. Highlights feature variable table options from fixed to swivel rotary for 5-axis simultaneous machining. Powerful motor spindle with 12,000 rpm and tool magazine with 30 tool pockets. Unmatched precision and fast cycle times for efficient manufacturing.
